1997

  • Emers Group of Companies was founded by Mr. Alan Lin, starting as a commodity manufacturing and trading company

  • Official launch of URMS; a B2B platform for the commodity trading community

1999

2001

  • Starting publishing business with literature collected through digital platform Yoshow.com

  • Launched publication of Milk and MilkX in Taiwan 

2005

  • Shanghai Emers Trading Co., Ltd. was established to manage the Chinese Market.

2006

  • IMI GROUP was established which included 3 PR companies and talent agency 

2013

  • Launch of EMERS.  A new company to manage and distribute sports products

  • Emers obtained exclusive NIKE GOLF Corporate/Team distribution rights for Greater China markets.

  • Officially became the main exclusive distributor of NIKE GOLF in Taiwan.

2014

  • Launched the world’s largest NIKE GOLF flagship concept store.

2016

  • Obtained exclusive distribution rights for NIKE GOLF for Hong Kong and Macau.

2018

  • Obtained exclusive distribution rights to CALLAWAY, including CALLAWAY GOLF, CALLAWAY apparel, and ODYSSEY.

  • Emers Hong Kong was established to service local market.

2019

  • Began exclusive distribution of NIKE GOLF in China and SEAsia.

  • Signed exclusive distribution rights for G/Fore and PETER MILLAR in Taiwan and Vietnam and China.

  • Established Emers Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City to operate NIKE brand.

  • Established Emers Singapore office

2021

  • Signed exclusive distribution rights for the NIKE brand in Bangladesh, Maldives, Cambodia, Nepal, Brunei, and 4 other countries.  

  • Launched the 20th store across Asia.

  • Launched the ASH GOLF e-commerce platform in Q4.

  • Became the sole exclusive distributor of DESCENTE brand for Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

  • Launched the official ASH GOLF online store in SEAsia.

  • Centralized South East Asia logistic hub in Malaysia and Vietnam

2022

  • Signed exclusive ON RUNNING distribution contract for several countries.

  • Launched ASH e-commerce platform in Vietnam.

  • Reached 200 stores mark across various Asian markets.

2023

  • Obtained exclusive NIKE distribution rights for Mongolia and Pakistan.

  • Enter into Swimwear business with NIKE Swim distribution rights.

  • Created EMERS Kids business unit after signing exclusive distribution rights with over eight kids' brands for Southeast Asia.

  • Reached 600 stores mark across Asia.

2024

  • Established Emers Philippines office and Emers Thailand office

  • NIKE distribution and Wholesale rights for Thailand.

  • Added compression line with 2XU contract for Greater China and parts of Asia.

  • Launched exclusive K-SWISS and PALLADIUM e-commerce platform in Taiwan.

  • Secured exclusive CHERVO, BOSS GOLF, PXG, BEN HOGAN and MARTINE GOLF distribution rights for Greater China and SEAsia.

  • Expanded exclusive K-SWISS, PALLADIUM distribution and licensing across major countries in Asia.

  • Authorized exclusive distribution for ADIDAS intimate wear across all of Asia.

  • Joint Venture with IDDI in re-introduce Nike mono-brand stores in Cambodia
